I would like to thank you and your team most sincerely for your prompt action in acquiring and fitting a new compressor to our ailing fridge on Friday evening. They really worked miracles (and in the pouring rain) so that we managed to avoid an embarrassing cancellation of two important functions due to take place on Sunday.

I think you are aware that we shall be undergoing a huge refurbishment in the summer holidays and Autumn Term this year and we shall therefore need to renegotiate our service contract with you for the coming year, as we shall be operating with very little of our own equipment.
